The Body Shop Review – Vitamin E

Yes, you heard right: I went to The Body Shop to buy some other bits and pieces which I’m about to talk about now. 3…2…1 Let’s get started!

Vitamin E Moisture Cream

FE709B07-F373-4AAB-9277-88EA31735871I’m so satisfied with my Vitamin E Refreshing Eyes Cube, which I wrote about here, that I decided it’s time to extend my collection of the Vitamin E Range and because I needed a new moisturizer, I went for the Vitamin E Moisture Cream. It has a really soft touch and the smell reminds me of the British Rose Range. It is for all skin types and costs 17€ (it was on offer for 8€ when I bought it, so I needed to get my hands on it :D). The consistency is so smooth and light that it feels like there’s nothing on the skin, but it also feels soft and cooling when put it on. It sinks in really quickly and you don’t need to wait with applying your make-up. The shop assistant said it is a very light cream, so I should optionally mix it with the Serum I got, but I don’t like to feel like I’ve got a very thick cream on during the day, so I never tried it. It did it’s job anyway.

Vitamin E Overnight Serum-In-Oil

196EF8DD-7FF8-4BF5-9A8C-C418D470ACB4(I’m sorry, I can’t find the link to it) It’s a very light oil which I put on every night before I go to sleep. Sometimes I combine it with my evening moisturizer, but the oil also works on its own. You normally only need a little amount which is super easy to get because of the handy applicator. I have always been keen to try out a serum before I go to sleep, because I’ve got really dry skin and the serum really works for me! Sometimes, when I have super unusual dry skin, I also use it in the morning after cleansing my face and it moisturizes my face during the whole day.

All in all I can say that these two products are soooo good if you’re struggling with dry skin like me. Especially the Serum has become a life saver for me. I’m keen to try out some more products from the Vitamin E Range. What about you guys? Can you recommend any products from it I should try out? Let me know! I’m looking forward to reading your comments! x

Lots of love and moisturizer for you all!

  1. I’d like to try this range! I dunno how I feel about facial oils I’ve tried a couple and I just feel confused 🤣 definitely love a good moisturiser especially in this awful winter snowy weather! Bring on spring! Xxx

  2. I looove the vitamin E range! I haven’t tried the oil serum, but the day moisturiser is great, and if you have dry skin like me, you’d probably like the night cream as well. The toner is also really nice and gentle. XX
